Graduation Representative - Lead the Graduation Committee in coordinating the logistics and fundraising for the Engineering Graduation Banquet alongside other disciplines.

Help the VP Finance manage the CEESS operating budget and sponserships.

Director of Finance - The Director of Finance supports the VP Finance by managing budgets, sponsorships, and expense tracking.

Director of Technical Events - Support the VP Technical Affairs in planning professional development and networking events. Coordinate with industry representatives and manage event execution.
Director of Experiential Learning - Support the VP Technical Affairs in planning practical, hands-on learning experiences for CEESS students.
Technical Projects Coordinator - Assists the Directors and VP Technical Affairs with technical initiatives and student-led projects. They support event development, logistics, and execution in the Technical Affairs Department.
CSCE Undergraduate Representative - Act as a liaison between CEESS and the CSCE Edmonton Section. They represent student interests and promote involvement in professional events.

Director of Operations - Help manage CEESS spaces and internal logistics. They track inventory, order supplies, and support internal projects and events.
Director of Merchandise - Lead the design, production, and sales of CEESS merch. They work closely with the Communication Department to promote merchandise to students.
Year Coordinates - Promote CEESS within their class cohort and help moderate year-specific Discord channels. They support event engagement and help share key updates.

Director of Student Life - Help organize social events and GEER Week initiatives. They manage logistics, book venues, and promote student engagement.
GEER Week Coordinator - Assist the Director of Student Life in promoting and executing events during GEER Week. They help drive student involvement and manage tasks throughout the week.
Sports Coordinator - Promote physical wellness and team building through intramurals and events. They help CEESS students form teams and organize casual sports or wellness activities

Director of Communications - Assist the VP Communications in managing digital and physical contents for the club
Graphic Coordinator - Design digital and physical visuals to support CEESS promotions. They ensure all materials follow CEESS branding and are effective in engaging students.
Editorial Coordinator - Assists in producing the CEESS Journal, LinkedIn posts and newsletter. They collect, edit, and organize content to reflect student voice and club updates.
Website Coordinator - Maintain the CEESS website by uploading current, relevant content and applying best design practices.
Photographer - Photographers attend CEESS events to capture key moments for use in marketing and social media.
